Justin Bieber is coming to a theatre near you on Valentine's Day of 2010. Never Say Never is out then and Bieber fans will see him on tour and at home.
If any of you Justin Bieber fans thought the pop star was never going to reveal the title of the documentary film on his life and rise to fame then, well, Never Say Never. Bieber revealed by twitter in October that the title of the upcoming biopic is just that: Never Say Never.
Never Say Never is the title of a song of Bieber's that was on the soundtrack to the 2010 film Karate Kid starring Jaden Smith, who also appears in the music video with Bieber. This film, Never Say Never, gets up close to the pop star with footage not only in concert and backstage but at his home.
Bieber Biopic Has Talented John Chu as Director
To be released in 3D as well as 2D, the movie is directed by John Chu, a young director from Southern California who directed the dance film Step Up 3D. Never Say Never the movie will be released on Valentine's Day, February 11 of 2011. Chu says it's a compelling and a heartwarming film that will tell "...the underdog story of where he came from."
"It's a really fascinating story and it has a lot to do with our sort of digital lifestyle now," the 30-year-old director told MTV about the Bieber biopic. "He was able to do what corporations try to do now when they use YouTube and they don't even know what to do with it yet."
